At Westside, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Whether it is a fit issue or a change of heart, we are committed to making your exchange or refund process as effortless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Westside account, navigate to your recent orders, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box, ensuring the return form is included inside.

• 3.
  Hand Over the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier point or schedule a doorstep pickup via our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
